Your Username is your BanWeb User Identification Number-the number next to the "@" sign on your Student ID badge (ex: @00000155. Make sure you include the "@" symbol when you type in your username.
Your Password is your BanWeb Personal Identification Number (PIN): Your PIN is a self-selected 6 digit string which can contain alphabetic or numeric characters, or a combination of both, (ex: 123456, abcdef, or 1a2b3C).
Your Username and Password should have been assigned to you during your orientation. If you do not have this information, please contact Technical Support by email at techsupport@westernu.edu or by phone at 909-469-5432 (x5432 if you are using a campus phone).

If you forget your Password or want to change it
You can reset or change your Password at any time by using the tool below. Select the appropriate radio button below and click the Submit button.
Note: If you are a student, using the tool below will redirect you to BanWeb, where you will need to type in your User ID and click the Forgot Pin button. When you change your BanWeb PIN, your Blackboard password will be automatically changed.
